Melanie is the founder of WeConsult which is a consultancy helping agencies scale through optimizing their operations. Her specialty lies in strategizing their infrastructure around financials, HR & Culture, and fine-tuning the overall workflows of the business.

Having started in-house in agencies more than 13 years ago, she’s been able to have both an insider and outsider perspective into what it takes to make an agency run like a well oiled machine. Whether their goal is to increase profitability, efficiency, or be acquired, Melanie loves helping agency owners meet their business goals.

Besides regularly making order out of chaos, she resides in Michigan with her husband, two kids, and dog. It’s also almost impossible for her to turn down a negroni.
