Why Use QuickMail?

QuickMail home page

QuickMail is an outreach solution that works with Gmail, Outreach, and any other inbox provider. While there’s no shortage of outreach platforms out there, QuickMail stands out from the crowd in three essential areas:

Reliable Results

We’ve been industry leaders for nine years.

In that time, we’ve developed pioneering outreach technology like inbox rotation and free auto-warming, all with the goal of helping our users avoid the disruption and revenue loss caused by constant changes to the email ecosystem.

So we understand what it takes to generate consistent results from cold email, adapting our tools and processes to give your campaigns the greatest chance of reaching your prospects’ main inboxes.

That’s why we’ve got a 4.6-star rating on G2.

We’re confident that if you choose QuickMail, you’ll love our user experience.

We make it easy to manage multiple campaigns, scale your outreach activity by adding new inboxes, and access the clear, actionable analytics you need to improve results.

And if you need a helping hand along the way, you can reach out to our expert support team…

Expert Support

When it comes to customer support, some outreach solutions are all about closing tickets.

At QuickMail, we’re more concerned with actually solving problems.

We don’t bother with one-size-fits-all suggestions and boilerplate replies because we understand no other business has a workflow that’s exactly like yours. Instead, we take the time to dig into the challenge you’re facing and provide tailored guidance.

Whether you’ve got a basic question, a complex workflow, or an unconventional setup, our experts are ready and waiting to help you execute more successful outreach campaigns.

Of course, we don’t expect you to just take our word for it.

Why Do Businesses Choose QuickMail Over Reply.io?

Now that we’ve listed the key features of each platform, let’s look at the areas in which QuickMail really impresses vs Reply.io:

Collaboration

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • With every QuickMail plan, you get to add unlimited team members and multiple inboxes — up to 50 with our Expert plan.

  • Individual actions are recorded through the audit log, so you can easily share the workload across your team and identify training opportunities if something goes wrong.

  • Team members can make changes to campaigns and check reports without sharing login details.

How Reply.io Compares:

Poor management of multiple accounts/users

  • Reply.io makes it difficult for users with multiple email accounts to switch seamlessly between them.

  • With no centralized dashboard, it takes way too long to check what’s going on with different accounts.

  • The interface makes it all-too-easy for users to mix up contact lists between different accounts, or even send emails from the wrong address .

User Experience

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • QuickMail customers love our intuitive interface and all-round user experience.

  • Many new users find it difficult to perform essential (and theoretically simple) tasks like building campaigns and importing contact lists.

I ran into two bugs in Reply.io, both of which are pretty bad and which caused me to waste a lot of time...They didn't seem to care. I emailed the sales rep with the screencast, and she said that the monthly plans don't include support.

Stability and Reliability

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • We’ve been industry leaders for nine years and pioneered game-changing outreach tools like inbox rotation and free auto-warming, so we know how to navigate the ever-changing email landscape while minimizing downtime and lost revenue for our users.

  • We have individual accounts sending 40,000+ emails per day without issue, while our agency setup makes it simple to manage 100+ clients without slowing down.

  • Our software was built by industry veterans and delivers exceptional uptime.

QuickMail delivers exceptional uptime

How Reply.io Compares:

  • We’ve heard lots of complaints about a whole range of Reply.io features.

  • For instance, the save function doesn’t always work properly, undoing progress on creating or optimizing campaigns.

  • Users also report challenges in syncing Reply.io with external tools and platforms.

Getting Started

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • Despite QuickMail’s advanced feature set, we strived to make it as user-friendly as possible — and our users agree, awarding us a G2 rating of 8.9 for ease of setup (versus an industry average of 8.5).

  • If you ever get stuck, our expert customer support and wealth of learning materials will provide all the answers (did we mention our quality of support is rated 9.2 on G2, compared to an industry average of 8.5?).

How Reply.io Compares:

  • Getting to grips with Reply.io is pretty tricky, requiring a lengthy onboarding process that can feel overwhelming.

  • Even after they’ve been onboarded and read a bunch of support articles, users still complain about setup issues.

Reporting and Analytics

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • Our dashboard displays computed statistics for email opens, clicks, replies, bookings, and bounces (plus multiple other metrics).

  • With send-day attribution, you can immediately identify drop-offs in deliverability and take action.

  • Track deals won or lost by campaign to optimize for impact, not vanity metrics.

How Reply.io Compares:

  • Reply.io makes it difficult (or impossible) to find essential email outreach metrics like open rates and click-through rates, forcing users to operate on gut feel rather than hard data.

  • Customization options are limited, so if you don’t like the platform’s standard analytics setup — well, you’ll just have to deal with it.

Scalable Pricing

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • QuickMail is super scalable because all our plans include multiple email accounts (up to 50 with our Expert plan).

  • So if you want to send more emails without sacrificing deliverability, you can simply add another inbox — at no extra cost.

  • Plus all our plans allow you to add unlimited team members, so you’ll never have to upgrade simply because you’ve hired another rep.

How Reply.io Compares:

  • Reply.io starts out expensive — and it only gets worse if you need to add more email accounts.

  • The cheapest plan includes just one email address, and even the top-tier only offers four addresses.

  • If you want to add more, you have to pay a further $29 per month for each additional inbox beyond your allocation.

Agency Pricing and Functionality

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • With QuickMail, all your team members can click in and out of any client workspace — and you only need a single login.

  • Because we know clients come in all sizes, we let you put each client on the right size plan — so you never pay for more than you need.

  • Add unlimited team members on every plan, so you won’t be forced to upgrade as your agency grows.

  • Need to invite clients? No problem — just add them as a guest to give them view-only access (and it doesn’t cost you a cent).

  • All our plans include inbox rotation as standard, making it easy to send emails from multiple inboxes.

How Reply.io Compares:

  • Reply.io’s agency pricing model is risky because you have to commit to an annual contract just to access essential features like inbox rotation.

  • Plus it gets real expensive, real fast if you need to add more email accounts.

Reply.io vs QuickMail: Price Comparison

quickmail pricing plans 2024

A one-person business consultancy has totally different needs to a SaaS startup or a large lead generation agency.

For that reason, QuickMail and Reply.io offer a range of plans aimed at businesses of different sizes and at different stages of their growth journeys. Let’s dig into each platform’s pricing tiers and what you’ll get for your money.

(All pricing information correct at time of publication.)

Entry Level

QuickMail’s Basic Plan costs $49 per month, with no minimum-term contract. It includes up to 30,000 emails per month, up to five email addresses for sending, up to 10,000 prospects, and unlimited team members.

Customers can access all the essentials they need to run cold outreach campaigns, plus advanced features like A/Z testing and scheduling automation. They also get an account dashboard incorporating campaign-level stats — essential for optimizing performance.

Reply.io’s entry-level Starter plan is more expensive, at $60 per user per month. So if you’ve got a five-person team, it’ll set you back $300 per month — that’s over six times more than QuickMail.

To make matters worse, it only includes a single mailbox, with each additional account costing $29 per month.

Mid-Tier

Priced at $89 per month (again with no fixed contract), QuickMail’s mid-tier Pro Plan allows you to send up to 100,000 emails monthly to up to 50,000 active prospects from 20 different email addresses.

It includes all the same stuff as the Basic Plan, but with a bunch of additional functionality, including advanced analytics and native integrations with HubSpot and Pipedrive.

On the face of things, Reply.io’s Professional plan is sort of similarly priced, at $90 per user per month.

Of course, if your team grows from one person to two, your price doubles. And because you only get a measly two mailboxes, you’ll almost certainly have to add more at some point to maintain decent deliverability.

For a three-person team with six email addresses, you’d be paying an eye-watering $357 per month.

Premium

At the upper end of the scale, QuickMail’s Expert Plan costs $129 per month with no minimum term. For that money, you can send up to 300,000 emails a month, have 100,000 active prospects, and leverage 50 different email addresses.

While all our plans offer all the essential features you need to run high-performing outreach campaigns, our Expert Plan offers a bunch of advanced extras — including API access and automated follow-up campaigns launched by AI based on the recipient’s response.

Reply.io doesn’t publish pricing information for its top-tier Custom plan, which promises premium support and advanced API access.

However, it still only includes four email addresses, which is 12.5X fewer than our comparable plan.
